| Full Lifecycle Asset Management Lantec will receive a customer stock item into it’s warehouse where the product will be scanned and allocated a warehouse stock location. The product is entered onto LMS via a scan and the warehouse operative will store the product in the appropriate location awaiting despatch. Lantec have the ability to monitor and track all failure points of a stock movement in real time. The failure points identified are :-

Lantec scan at every point listed above and LMS alert the call desk in the event that a scan does not take place within set times scales set by client (Service Level Agreements) SLA’s. On the basis of these scan points, in the unlightly event a product can’t be located, Lantec will know the last point of activity and can interrogate any such discrepancies within hours directly with the last person responsible for the scan. The above technology has now enabled Lantec to store product information unless requested to be removed for as long as required by our clients including data storage after disposal. |
